Meet your doctor…
Guadalupe Diaz, DO
About Me: I am the proud daughter of immigrant parents from the state of Jalisco, Mexico. My mother—then a single parent—made her American dream a reality when she bought her first home in Compton, California, just south of Los Angeles. It was in that home that I was raised by the values at the heart of many immigrant households: hard work, unwavering resilience, a deep sense of community, and the importance of caring for others in our community.
Education:
Undergraduate: University of Wisconsin-MadisonMedical Training: A.T. Still University-School of Osteopathic Medicine
Residency: UCSF-Fresno Family & Community Medicine
Why Diosita Health?
Having my own practice allows me to deliver the kind of care my community truly deserves. When I say “my people,” I’m speaking of mi gente Latina—but that circle extends beyond culture. It includes those who have felt overlooked, pushed aside, or unseen by society—the outcasts, the misfits, the ones who have been left behind.
